Security & access

Records are saved in the built-in key-value store, scoped to your signed-in account. Team-shared financial storage requires your own secured bridge.

Private activity history. This is not a tamper-proof compliance log; use an append-only office backend for regulated retention.

Financial year runs from 1 April to 31 March, in Asia/Kolkata.

Staff accounts

Use your office account. Credentials are handled by built-in authentication, never stored in this app.

Private backup & restore

Download all private records as JSON and keep the file on an encrypted office drive. Restore replaces current financial records; writes are not atomic.
